Kristal o'sish mexanizmi

Asosiy metall sirtini tugatish

For continuous 24/7 operation with minimal cooldown, high crystallinity PFA (55%) with 2.0mm walls is acceptable. Require supplier certification of K⁺ permeation at 110°C in CO₂-saturated solution. The premium for surface-fluorinated PFA (30-50% over standard) is justified by preventing internal crystallization in carbon capture service where heater replacement requires plant shutdown costing $50,000-200,000. For pilot plants with weekly cycling, high MW annealed PFA with 2.5mm walls is recommended. For new plants designed for continuous operation, high crystallinity PFA with 2.0mm walls and 5-year replacement schedule is cost-effective.
