Ionic liquids are known to degrade surface treatments. Chemically oxidized surfaces (chromic acid) maintain stable zeta potential for >100 daraja haroratda 3000 soat. Oqim tezligi va siljish effektlari
Higher flow velocity reduces lignin deposition by increasing shear removal. At Re 150 (0.1 m/s), deposition as above. At Re 300 (0.2 m/s), deposition rate reduces by 50%. At Re 500 (0.33 m/s), reduces by 70%. For new system design, target Re >Isitgich yuzasida 300.

For 15% lignocellulosic solids in [Emim][OAc] at 100°C, specify chemically oxidized PFA (chromic acid treatment) achieving zeta potential below -30 mV at pH 5, 100°C. Require wall thickness 2.5mm for long-term cleaning durability. For continuous biorefinery operation (8000 hours/year), specify 3.0mm walls with quarterly chemical cleaning. The premium for chemically oxidized PFA (20-30% over standard) is justified by extending cleaning intervals from 2 days to 2-4 weeks in continuous biomass pretreatment where downtime costs $5,000-15,000 per day. For pilot-scale systems with frequent batch operation, plasma-treated PFA (zeta -28 mV) with 2.0mm walls and weekly cleaning may be acceptable. For maximum lignin resistance, specify corona-treated PFA with flow velocity >0,2 m/s. Depozit qalinligi 0,5 mm dan oshganda, sirt zaryadini tiklash uchun 0,1 M NaOH bilan kimyoviy tozalashni amalga oshiring, so'ngra suv bilan yuving.
