In high-purity deionized (DI) water systems-used in semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and power generation-even trace particle contamination from PFA heater manufacturing can degrade water quality. PFA resin contains microscopic particles of carbon black, catalyst residues, and low-molecular-weight oligomers that can leach or shed into the DI water. Standard industrial-grade PFA may have particle counts of 10,000–100,000 particles per cm³ (size >0,2 mkm). Semiconductor Fabs dan dala dalillari

A semiconductor fab installed standard-grade PFA heaters in an 18 MΩ·cm DI water recirculation loop (1,000 L, 80°C). In DI water, invisible particles cause visible defects. Specify purity, certify cleanliness, and protect your product. The bath may look clean, but the particles tell the true story. Measure them. Specify them. Control them.
